Vredina—an accidental grotesque that intentionally does everything wrong. It is based on the idea of disobedience from Grigory Oster’s «Naughty Advice,» embodied in mutable forms and unexpected letter tilts. It disrupts typographic discipline, adds movement to the text, and transforms every inscription into a mischievous statement.
The foundation lies in playing with the familiar image of the grotesque—something strict, neutral, and predictable. Here, geometry becomes fluid, and the forms appear to argue with one another. Thanks to its variability, the typeface maintains its overall structure yet acquires a lively, slightly defiant character.

A typeface that doesn’t just convey a message, but almost winks at the reader—and, naturally, does everything slightly unconventionally.
