Urban Teller — modular furniture for urban environments. Seating, tables, planters, partitions, and supports can be assembled into various combinations: for relaxation, socializing, working, waiting, or landscaping. The core value is not choosing from pre-made options, but building the space yourself.
Urban Teller—the «urban storyteller.» Modules are the letters; space is the narrative. From a single set of elements, each student constructs their own story about a place.
We are transforming the embankment in a small town for free: assembling Urban Teller modules to create spaces for rest, walks, and cafes. The project is spearheaded by Arkady Gershman, whose vision defines the brand. The city gains a new public space, and the brand earns press attention and a living showcase.
In the evening, the park is empty; overnight, benches, cafes, and swings are assembled from modules. In the morning, people arrive, and everything is ready. This short video clearly demonstrates the brand’s main advantage: the space assembles quickly and easily, like a kit. Videos like this perform well on social media and drive traffic to the website.
More strategies
We are renting out modules to coffee shops for the summer season at a symbolic price. On the veranda, there is a sign that says «made from Urban Teller.»
Students from architecture universities are designing a square park composed of 10 modules. We will select the best design in person.
I assembled a composition on the site—shared a picture of «my space.» We gather the best compositions of the month in person.
