The project proposes a unified visual system for Russian ballet as a cultural phenomenon. Its objective is to create a recognizable image that unifies the heritage of various theaters and productions. The system is based on translating choreography into a graphic language: the poses, gestures, and interactions of the dancers become compositions of straight lines and circular arcs. The method is rooted in the analytical drawings of dance by Wassily Kandinsky. The resulting graphics are used independently and in interaction with photography, maintaining a connection to the plasticity and rhythm of ballet.
