The music band «Beijing Bicycle» came up with the concept for a vibrant music video for their song «I’m in Love.» Since the song was light and cheerful, the video needed to match that tone. The project, from script to compositing, was my work. Production time: 5 months.

For reference, I was asked to look at «Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.» I liked the stylization and the entire atmosphere of absurdity, and tried to keep that in mind while developing the script and initial concepts.

The characters were intended to look simple. I decided to make them transparent so that I could radically change the color scheme.

A short animation detailing my experience working in theater. It was part of a study project that required the inclusion of stop-motion. Unlike my other work, this project utilizes a limited color palette. I chose this approach because the theater productions I worked on primarily used only black and red in their decor.

Parts of my unfinished animation. It is the start of a small comedy video. I wanted it to look as beautiful and serene as possible so that the viewer would be captivated and wouldn’t expect any gimmicks.

An animated series in development focusing on the struggles of a group of high school students. The animation is not complete, but numerous concept arts are available.

The characters are designed to be endearing so that the viewer feels protective of them.

The narrative is in the first person. The backgrounds should hint at a slightly unsettling atmosphere, yet remain ordinary.
