Mail exists to bring people together. But a letter can be written and never sent, or it may never reach its recipient at all. A poststamp can symbolize unspoken words, emotions, and feelings. A person might be in the anxiety of waiting, feeling an emptiness inside, unsure whether they will receive a reply. Alternatively, they might be afraid to take the first step, starting over and over again while sitting before a blank page. Sometimes, to initiate a connection, one must navigate a twisted circle of doubt, concern, and uncertainty.
