Izvorotlivyi is an experimental typeface inspired by A. P. Chekhov’s short story, «The Chameleon.» The concept is rooted in the image of Ochumelov—a character who changes his stance to appease those in power. Much like the protagonist, who «goes to great lengths,» the typeface letters strive to break beyond their own forms.
