Hi! My name is Ekaterina Ermoshkina and I am an Illustrator.
I am a creative illustrator who helps clients design their dreams, and then I bring those dreams to life. I love creating pieces that evoke feelings of astonishment and nostalgia. My style involves marrying modern elements with vintage aesthetics.

My Projects
POSTCARDSThe assignment was to conceive of or select 13 holidays and design themed postcards for a venue (such as a coffee shop or restaurant).
What I can and did: — chose a venue (a coffee shop), selected existing holidays, and then considered which holidays could be celebrated in coffee shops. — adopted compositions and chose an overall concept for the images: a foreground featuring small items (mugs, glasses, sweets) against a background (with posters and the setting), unified by inscriptions rendered in beautiful, flourished calligraphy everywhere. — began with a sketch, added line art, and finally colored the pieces using a watercolor-inspired technique. — applied the designs to mockups for postcards and posters.
CARDS.
The selected theme was Old Testament angels, because I became deeply engrossed in their chthonic depictions.
What I can and did:— Revised the overall card system because the traditional approach did not suit the hierarchy of the angels. The concept was to incorporate the general silhouette of each suit into the suit itself. — Sourced and designed common symbols for each rank (rings, scepters, swords, etc.). — Created sketches that fit within the suit shapes. — Searched for suitable brushes. — Developed frames and individual markings, drew the illustrations, colored them, and added textures. — Designed the card sleeves and the box. — Placed everything onto mockups, including an option to create a premium version of the deck using different paper or even aluminum.
