«Orbita» is a gastronomic street food festival where space becomes the language for navigating flavors. The core concept is to connect familiar street food with the planets of the solar system, giving each one its own character and culinary role. The planets here are not mere decoration, but signposts: Jupiter, being the largest, is in charge of baked goods (because it loves starches); Mars heats up meaty woks; and the Moon offers refreshing strawberry soda with Sichuan pepper. This ironic and visually rich project transforms a trip for a hot dog into a small intergalactic journey.

Entry to «Orbit» is free, but every guest is issued a wristband. It functions as an access pass within the system: sellers use it to determine who is eligible to purchase 18+ items and who is limited to lemonade. Furthermore, upon entry, you can try your luck to win a coupon for free ice cream or lemonade.

While walking around the festival, guests can listen to the podcast «Snack on the Edge of the Universe» on music platforms. The episodes discuss how the study of space has influenced the development of food and our relationship with it.
